Plz fix my Provider Account!

Hey! It's Miiya

I have been a provider on Eccie since 2011 but for the last couple of months I have not been active due to some family emergency. But I am back now and I logged in to check my messages and I got a message from one of the moderators saying my account has changed from a Provider Account to a Standard Account due to my inactivity. And that whenever I am back & ready to be active to message one of the moderators.

I am back and want to be an active provider on Eccie so can you please fix my account?
