Waist Training is a Must!!!!

I can't stress this enought!!! Waist training is a must!! Especially while touring because we all know it's kinda hard to maintain a good diet and workout routine while on the road- well atleast for me it is! So usually between clients I throw on my trainer and do a little yoga. Check out my results!



Sometimes I use the fitness center at my hotel but to ensure I don't attract unwanted attention to myself. So usually I'm stuck in my room ordering takeout! I would love to hear how other ladies maintain their shapes while touring because believe it or not I'm not part of the naturally fit population
Any before and after pictures to see your progress?


I would guess with any profession that involves traveling, staying fit must be hard. A traveling salesman friend of mine travels with a bunch of workout dvds(tae bo, turbo jam,insanity) just to not gain weight cause eating healthy while on the road can be so hard at times he says

I always wonder how you ladies stay in such amazing shape. Sometimes most hotel gyms just don't cut it. But if a lady is around me, Ima make for damns sure she's eating hearty. I know you ladies can tend to do a lot of dinner dates........but please come to eat when you see me ladies. You need your energy. I find it very sexy when a lady can chow down.

I'm always willing to help the ladies workoff as much calories as they need to. Doing squats on top usually helps wth the core.....that's why. Highly recommend all ladys do asian cowgirl postion......and if she's starting to get muscle failure riding on top I always offer a helping hand on her booty to help aid her achieve her goal. Its not for my pleasure as much as its for your health......

And what ever happened to the "shake weight." If I saw a girl who could last ten minutes on a shake weight I just knew she could give a nice handy too. Maybe crack a crab at a restaurant wth her bare hand, cause Ill settle for ordering crab cakes than to volunteer to do manual labor crackng crabs. For little morsels of meat I gotta pck through.

But on a serious note. I always wonder about those waist trainers. It seems like a novel idea, but it hasn't been tested for long. I'm worried moreso the long term effects of constricting vital organs into one spot where they aren't as adequately perfused. Worried if the organs are constrcted they aren't getting fully enriched blood and fluids moving at a consistent rate for maximum oxygen exchange.

Back in the day our foremothers stayed wearing corsets and other undergarments that held in the midwaist and kept up a shapely figure. Its just history repeating its self (and a good idea).

When I travel I always bring my resistance bands and check in to hotels that have a gym to keep up my shape and I also strip in clubs in I travel thats a workout lol..
I got to learn how to strip lol

When traveling I ALWAYS go to the gym. I made healthy eating a LIFESTYLE. I use my waist trainer mostly during my cardio... because its not effective unless you get that heart rate up to burn fat. Waist trainers aren't a short cut to a flat stomach... you have to work for it! Even though I was blessed with a nice ass, I still do my stair climbing, squats, and an increased incline on the elliptical. Ive also found that calisthenics are the most effective. Combined with clean eating it works wonders! I lost 15 pounds with meal prepping, portioned eating and calisthenics.....you would be surprised how it will make your ab muscles pop out... my results...
