I can't stress this enought!!! Waist training is a must!! Especially while touring because we all know it's kinda hard to maintain a good diet and workout routine while on the road- well atleast for me it is! So usually between clients I throw on my trainer and do a little yoga. Check out my results!
Sometimes I use the fitness center at my hotel but to ensure I don't attract unwanted attention to myself. So usually I'm stuck in my room ordering takeout! I would love to hear how other ladies maintain their shapes while touring because believe it or not I'm not part of the naturally fit population
