Although my very first post on ECCIE was about missing smiles where faces are shown, and I heard an earful about it.

If someone is going to hide their teeth because they have bad teeth...if I booked an appointment with them, I'd feel tricked. I would like to see less tits, less ass, less duck lips, and more smiles.

I concur. Not only does it make you look more friendly, happy, and fun but when girls hide either their smiles or their midsection in their photos I assume it's for a reason. That's not always the case particularly since the "duck lips are sexy" trend but it often is. And like Traveling Gentleman said, I'd rather know in advance and adjust expectations accordingly.
