1. Better work/family balance (stealing part of that from you Theory!)
2. Run/work-out at least 3 times a week (tennis alone isn't getting it done)
3. Stay Horny (well, that comes pretty easy for me)...

It works out many muscles and can tone, build, and strengthen muscles. It's both aerobic, flexible and good cardio! Frequent SEXercise can also prolong your lifespan....
