Re-activate My Account

I'm Carrie and I have been a member of Eccie for many years and am now returning to lifestyle. Unfortunately, I'm having issues regaining my Verified Provider status. I have tried to email dallas@eccie.net and websupport@eccie.net but I'm not having any success having my status updated. Could someone please help me? My status was changed from Registered to Valuable Poster but I would like my Verified Provider status, if possible. Thank you!!!

No problem, you must have been emailing us from a yahoo address. Lately yahoo hasn't been to nice about delivering mail to us. You're good to go now.

I’m trying to advertise as a provider but it says I’m not allowed to access the page. Was my account deactivated? If so why and how can I reactivate it??
