What criteria is used in determining valued poster status?

No matter what the criteria, it's often a misnomer.

number of posts but does not have PA
not sure what numbers

Registered Member is first
then Gaining Momentum
then Valued Poster
with Premium Access says bought or earned PA

I don't know what the magic number is but the identifier under the Handle is a reflection on posting # and frequency!
