Thinking about Quad Cities or Cedar Rapids

Hello ladies & gents of IA! I'm so happy to be back in DSM! Every time I come here I get requests for Quad cities & Cedar Rapids. I was wondering (mostly) what the ladies think of these places? Guys are welcome to chime in too! Is it worth a trip? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!

I just had an awesome trip to Cedar Rapids...I found the key is to go there part of the weeekend and mondays
