Looking to Build Some Provider References

I am an AMP regular, and mostly an ex-ASPD lurker. I am going to expand into the hobby now and am looking to build some provider references so I can get a useful P411 account.

There don't appear to be too many "newbie friendly" providers advertising here on ECCIE.

Any recommendations would be helpful.

Julie West is newbie friendly.
