Thanks for the tip... may have to swing by there for big ol' bowl of bun bo hue!
My favorite part of the pho is the soft tendon and for that I have found the best cut to be at tahnh nhi off of payton gin and north lamar. I also have tried the bun bo hue there with no complaints though I have never tried it anywhere else so not much of a reference
Hao Hao, Kim Phung are 2 or my favorites
All those are good, truthfully everyone has there fav and it would be hard pressed to find really bad pho. Lamar ,research, burnet all petty good. I love that shit
I know this is a lil off subject, but is there a place out there with good whole fried red snapper? I visit occasionally and have yet to find one in SA, so just hoping...xoxo

For the best Pho is a place off of Louis Henna in Round Rock. Its super yummy and haven't found a place better. I know its far north if in south austin. Still worth a drive if you can.

Pho Van is the best hands down, by the Target off Ohlen. Family owned and operated for at least 15 years. Be hard pressed to find better....but that is personal taste.....ijs
good friend of mine got sick from PHo VAn... It was a really good place but they failed a few heath department issues and I wont go back.

Went to pho van past two days and their bun bo hue is delish! Was curious about both the Ramen joint and chinese BBQ next door?
