Low Gasoline Prices in Wharton, Texas $141.9 & $142.9 a Gallon

I drove up to Katy, Texas Saturday. Stopped at Buc-ee's in Wharton, Texas, unleaded gas was $141.9 a gallon. Across the road at Walmart, unleaded gas was $1.42.9 a gallon. I guess Buc-ee's & Walmart had a little Gas War Competition going on. I have not seen gas prices that low in many many moons. I filled up with gas that evening at Buc-ees on my drive back to Corpus.

It was raining like a Big Dawg on the drive from Katy back to Corpus. Highway 59 was slicker than Owl Shit in the rain. There were many pinche pendejo cabron culero payosos speeding/driving 80-90+ mph on the slick wet Highway 59. Driving way too fast on the slick wet Highway. I saw a wreck outside of Wharton, a big Dodge 4 wheel drive truck with a heavy duty add on bumper guard had rear ended an SUV. The back of the SUV was crumpled in big time, a third vehicle was also involved. Plenty of people had stopped to assist & had their emergency flashers on. No Law Enforcement had arrived at the scene of the wreck. I saw an Ambulance speeding out from Wharton on Highway 59 to the scene of the wreck when I was entering Wharton City Limits. It never ceases to amaze me how people are so ignorant and don't slow down in inclement weather & driving on slick wet roads.

I purchased two 12 packs of one of my Favorite Beers at Specs in Katy-Pearl Beer-Nectar of the gods. No one in Corpus Christi sells Pearl Beer. Every time I go to Katy, I take an ice chest with me to transport some Pearl Beer back to Corpus with me. Pearl Beer is an Old School Beer & I'm Old School Deluxe.
