Had a eccie member contact me on phone asking for appointment. Let him know that the time he requested would not be available, but would be 30 minutes after requested time. Member did a review, without session taking place. Understand review can not be taken down, oor can it?

There are 2 sides to every story so you may open up a rebuttal thread in the co-ed. Try to go that route first. The issue here is the staff really does not have a way of verifying what actually took place.
