Delete and start a new one

i would like to delete this account and start a new one under same email address, but as an agency. how do i go about do that?

Negative...we can change the name but unless there are exceptional circumstances there is no such thing as delete and start over.

so i may change the username and advertise as an agency? how do i go about doing this?
