Review moderation time?

Just curious what the expected wait time is to have a review get approved these days? Used to only take a day or 2 max. Thanks

Mine took about 2 hours.... That's what I call in a timely manner !

Newbie.. I have a few providers reviews to submit.. and a few mp reviews to submit.. how do I do that?
