I read reviews where providers like cum in mouth, some spitting, some swallowing. Isn't the exchange of body fluids pretty risky? Even if you spit seems it's the same as having sex uncovered.

Why in the hell do so many guys dwell on this shit? You don't know who has what, no matter how well you know any of these providers. You don't know what they might have. Providers, I am quite sure, bareback at least sometimes in their personal lives. Perhaps, other times as well. We don't know. I don't do BBFS with strangers, providers or civilian, but BBJ is 100% mandatory for me. Whatever you and the lady or comfortable with, go for it.
