How Do I Become Verified? Sent Email

I sent an email yesterday (too soon? lol) to try and get my account to verified provider status again, to no avail yet. Ive been off and on here for years. I suppose I should just wait, but this awesome site is where I advertise the most and now I can't. HELP!
