Looking to rent in Quarter

I found a quiet place with discrete entrance. Before I sign papers, how big is LE in this place? Am I being overly cautious? There are no cameras, but there is a shared courtyard. Any intel is appreciated.

Good screening is your best defense against LE no matter where you are. I'm not so keen about the shared courtyard. Nosy neighbors will notice.
