What are you trying to figure out? I do either web search or get on Youtube and watch videos. It helps to be on couple of Facebook groups, where you gets ideas and rant once in while.

I am still servicing machines running DOS to Windows XP, full size dot matrix line printers, and dealing with support where it take 4 to 5 hours to resolve a issue.
