What am I missing that I can't post a thread about any of my providers. I realized when I wasn't PAM all I could do is reply to a thread!

I'm a bit unsure of your question here, not certain what PAM is but sounds to me like you want to write a review. There is a sticky in the indecent section that shows you to just that. If you are trying to reply in the provider ad sections you cannot do that, that area is only for verified providers to post on.

Premium Access Member (PAM) I'm just having difficulties finding the button/tab to make a review.

Simple my man, go to the respective review section and look for this button.
