How Do We Bring Back Life to Eccie in Chicago??

I'm new to the Eccie family, my friend and fellow Eccie member in Houston turned me on to this. He's always talking about all the sexy ladies and crazy conversations going on there. In Chicago, it's quite the opposite. You might see a provider post an ad every blue moon. Conversations in the forums are limited to few and fewer. Did I miss something?? Did something cause Eccie to be low volume in Chicago?? More importantly, how do we get back life in our boards and attract more ladies for and wide??

I'd much rather use Eccie than Backpage...

Back? It was never a thing to being with in this part of the country.

Eccie is a southern based forum with the majority of its membership based out of there.
Several cities and regions have their own niche forums for hobby discussions. You join and participate in the ones that you need to based on where you live or travel. If I am going to Dallas I read up on this forum. For Toronto I go to another and Miami yet another.
That's just the way it is.

It is a Chicken or egg thing.

Ladies don't come unless there is business to be had. Gents don't come because not a lot of local info nor a lot of ladies.


Just need to spread the word and hope it catches on

Spreading the word, reaching out and being active in the conversations! The only way to get Chicago into the forefront on Eccie is to communicate it! I love being from Chicago and could talk about anything and everything from the ladies and gentleman of the city to the weather. I really hope we can get some more active participants here on the boards!

I think there are many factors that have to do with it. I have developed the following opinions.


ASPD.net lead in Many from previous site ASPD.net which was huge in other areas such as Texas, Arizona, and California.. ASPD users got a huge lead in to this site

Eccie Escort Fees by Region
In Houston and Dallas this place is popping... Providers there generally charge less on eccie. Chicago Eccie prices are like EROS prices... astronomical in comparison.. Sometimes I am amazed at what is charge and what some providers get. AVG looking BBW's come on here in chicago trying to charge 400 an hour. with a little leg work you can find really good looking girls on backpage that are much cheaper than the pros that advertise on eccie.

Site Layout/Design: chicago is in their other areas section which in itself makes it probably less popular (self fulfilling prophecy type deal)

Amp issues In other states AMPS are a dime a dozen. In Chicago there is a huge moral crack down comparatively. Only HJ action in the city and CFS in suburbs Amp sections really drive other cities considerably. There is excitement in the forums with new reviews daily... with the lack of CFS in the city of Chicago... it kills that section. Eccie allows photoless reviews unlike TER.. most Amps use fake photos or none... TER is not good for amp reviews... amp reviews really drive eccie in other cities.

Chicago strip clubs suck (or actually they don't but you wish they did). non-nude, no extras... lame strip clubs that require top dollar. Other places have all nude full all the extras in the world making for tons of reviews... this adds an entire element to Eccie that TER just has no comparison. so you can see that things like spas and strip clubs really feed eccie elsewhere and sink the site in Chi-town.

Stigma In other parts of the country there is a good ol boys thing going on where this type of thing is just more acceptable than it is in the heart of the midwest. People use TER here, but I imagine even TER is not as big here as it is in other locales.

Site usage: in other locations people use the site more effectively. and it is a much better tool that TER for many reasons. for example REquests and ISO's in other states is a huge tool... guys post back page ads and other guys say whether the girl is fake good to go etc... for that tool alone in other locations eccie is worth a lot more than TER

Over reliance on RS2K (and verification in general) RS2K is chicago based. A lot more providers in this area require verification. I almost never got asked for it in other states. People are just more cautious in general here. verification services cost extra money and with hackers hacking into morally sketchy sites and releasing info whether legitimate or completely unfounded (all the sites guarantee that this can't happen) I imagine that hobbyists regardless are nervous to use them and it keeps people from hobbying as much.

an overuse of fake photos In the other states I've lobbied in there were generally more real pictures being used by girls. Chicago has a serious bait and switch/catfish hobby issue. I think 80 percent don't use actual pictures which would tank them on a visual site like eccie but doesn't harm them as bad on a less visually oriented site like TER. Bait and switch girls obviously wouldn't use or be welcome on eccie.

Correction TER does allow photo less amp reviews but you won't get VIP credit.

Not sure it's really that complicated. ECCIE just isn't that strong up north. Not in Indiana, Wisconsin, etc, Indiana and Kentucky had strong forums on Naughty Reviews, not so here. Oklahoma had a weak presence on NR, very strong here. I like ECCIE, but enjoyed NR more. As usual in the hobby, if we can get the providers to come here, the hobbyists and the forum will definitely grow.

Yep. I meant past tense. They went down 2 years ago this past June.
