Provider Search

Since there is a question for providers to fill in whether they are smokers or non-smokers, it would be cool if the provider search allowed you to do an advanced search by that category, the same way you can now for hair color, build, height, etc. Thanks for considering.

Add grooming and a general keyword search to the list, too.
