Not An Alert, But Worth Mentioning
As the title said, its not an alert, but very much worth mentioning.
So I read this post and thought, WOW. I'm not wanting to start any arguments, but this worries me and should worry others.

Fully admits to being screened only once in his hobby life, but yet has 6 reviews under his belt. This really isn't about him as much as its about the ladies who don't screen.
What are your thoughts?
Well, I've never been screened at all and I have five reviews here, plus more back on ASPD.
I prefer a lady that screens. I'm much more comfortable that way because it's more professional in my opinion.
There has to be some women who don't screen, else a newby would never be able to start in the hobby.
The more that a lady screens the more comfortable that I am in seeing her.
I like pre-screening so that a date doesn't have to be delayed because references were slow in responding. Another fruit of pre-screening is that when I request a date, I don't have to wait days wondering whether I should look for plan B. We just have to consult our calendars and arrange a time, almost like a repeat date.

I travel quite a bit and do most of my hobbying in a various list of cities. Getting verified locally or while on the road is difficult. I may go several months between provider visits in KC. Usually the screening is pretty light, I provide the names of some I've seen and my handle here. I don't know if the girls call other girls, but I really don't know how a lady I saw 6 months ago would remember enough to give me a positive rec. I'm in this hobby, in many ways, because I like the variety. It seems once I find a lady that I'd like to see a few times she disappears! (Must be something I'm doing wrong - lol) I'm considering investing in P411 to help with the searches and screening.
Sherm,
I travel and use P411 for that very reason. Most places will go with P411. Eccie is good in some areas, but others (like Vegas), it's really not. P411 helps fill those gaps.
This is not a vote for it or against but very seldom have I been screened over the years. The few times I have I've gotten frustrated and bailed. Can't say I've suffered for it. Plenty of fish in the sea. I said in an earlier post LE will always pass a screen. So what's the point unless it's to keep the riff raff at bay
How will LE always pass a screen? I doubt a provider would vouch for them. A legit provider anyhow.
I think we need to define our terms here. Some providers do light screening, others do passive screening or hidden screening, others simply require certain things which don't look like screening... but could be if it verifies you're not a creepy weirdo or working with LE.
But, if your definition of screening is to have a list of providers, call those providers and inquire about the referenced person... then I really couldn't tell you the last time someone has done that to me. In fact, it is possible that it could have been only once.
Allie, it seems to me it would be pretty easy for LE to avoid a screen. Set up a number of fake pages and have female officers answer them, post fake reviews all over the place, and when the call for the screen comes in they take that, too. Need employer verification, voila, set that up, too, and they could even partner with a real company to do it. All of those crime families weren't arrested in the past few days on the east coast because LE couldn't figure out how to get in.

I know what u mean I am new to this whole ECCIE thing where as I am a provider that came from vegas and am only familiar with TER. I am also on P411 as P13775... I just want to be able to work here safely and discreetly & make sure I can put some smiles on some gentleman's faces here in Austin...
I'm far from naive. I was just curious because I have been using verified provider references with more than a few reviews to screen clients and have been fine using that method since 2007. I was just wondering if they were employing new tactics that I was ignorant of...
Screening should be encouraged. Not waived as a useless action.
Not just as a measure of safety from LE but also creeps and violent clients where we may be in a bad situation.
