Suggestion: when a review is posted give the reviewer immediate PA, then upon review by a moderator, deny credit or allow it to continue depending on whether or not the review meets the appropriate criteria.
Reasoning: I posted a review two days ago and it is still pending moderation. I know, almost a certainty, that I will get credit but I have to wait till a moderator gets around to reviewing it. By giving me immediate credit, it would take some of the pressure off mods to get them reviewed in a timely manner.
