Why not make It a rule

Why not make It a rule? (No IP sharing)
Or have I overlooked the rule?
On when Introducing a client you've physically met with
to Eccie not to register from your PC.
It might cut down on unnecessary
warnings/Infractions/bans
Can you explain your signature? Did something happen in which people wanted you to "be white"? Just curious.

I can think of several issues with such a rule:

--Roommates who use a common internet at their apartment
--Public IP locations (Starbucks, airports, etc.)
--Situations like I ran into recently where I had a friend stay over and showed him how to sign up for an account and navigate the site (my internet, his laptop & account)
