Yeah it was a bit hard to catch it properly without punctuation and a few words that were omitted by accident I'm sure, but I think basically he's saying that ROXY will "be, look, act, say, etc." whatever you want her to "be, look, act, or say" in order to get the appt. So he's chosen another provider to go with.

BASIC TRANSLATION (paraphrasing): He likes the things COWBOY posts. Chuck obviously wants to help out for the team so he decided to try meeting up with Roxy.
