Using chat on LG tablet or Galaxy 5

I am having trouble logging on chat with either device. What do I need to download or add on?

Dolphin browser. Green icon with a dolphin in it. I use the dolphin app to access chat from my cellphone. Only catch is, you can't post pictures.
