Non hobby local advertising. Best ROI?

Marketing for this job is much easier! Lets say i had an established non hobby business. Its kind of a niche market . You are already listed on most search engine sights already. If you have a 500 budget, just to start, where would be the best place to put your money into for advertising online? Go with something local? I keep hearing about Main Street Hub, but mixed reviews. A few others were mentioned that I know nothing about. I'm a novice, at best.

And what the hell is this thumbtack thing?! Worth it?

Most all advertising would be done online, BTW.

Thanks in advance!

Before you spend a dime, Facebook will tell you how many people match the criteria and such. You can do a lot of things from there after that .
Thank you.

Agreed. Facebook has allowed me to really target the relevant demographic.
