Hookup pop up ads!!!

I've been getting pop up ads for awhile now every time I click on anything on eccie. I mean everything!! It forces it to open another window every time. I'm using an iPhone 6 and the pop up blocker is on. I don't know what else to do or if there is anything j can do. I can't remember when it actually started but it was at least 6 weeks ago. Is anyone else having this problem and is anything being done about it??
