Thanks for not looking out for the Ladies!
It is OUR policy that the OP needs to request any edits, have you contacted the OP? Also if you don't want certain info posted, tell your clients not to post it.
Purple-

If I'm reading between the lines correct, you don't want your phone # published. You'd rather give that out after screening. If this is correct, there isn't much you can do about a # getting out other then just change the #. I would assume this is your hobby # and not your personal #. If not, well I'd learn from that mistake.

Look on the bright side though, you are now on my BBJ provider list for future reference. I assume you are sweeter in real life then your post above came off as.

I had the same problem earlier this year. My personal phone# was posted, and mods refused to correct it to my posted hobby phone. The reviewer was a very busy professional, and it was not easy for me to contact him and get him to request the change. it was a real hassle.

Why is this our policy? It has nothing to do with the flow of information, and it surely doesn't help offer providers any protection if a reviewer makes a mistake and puts the wrong info.

it seems like folks are quick to point the finger and say "get a new phone" or whatever. that is simple, but if a provider's family knew a phone# and searched it, they could come up with a review.

So, why does this seem like it's "our problem" as a provider if OP posted the wrong phone#? It's a minor detail in the review.

Sincerely,
Crystal

WHOA!! Hold on a minute. If there's some personal posted phone number or ANYTHING of that nature and a time-sensitive edit is needed to protect one's safety then you better bet our staff should, with NO HESITATION, address the matter promptly.

If this has not taken place to your satisfaction, in this case or in ANY PAST case, contact me or TBONE directly. I assure you there will be resolution immediately.

I still see a phone # listed on three of her reviews. It looks like more edits still need to be made.

So are you saying if I post a deadbeat client's number by mistake then before a mod will make any edits they will wait for me the OP to request an edit?

mistakes happen.... but it wouldn't be an issue if you used a secure line separate from personal lines....

I'm sure they will get around to dealing with it.

In this case, until you talk to the OP you don't know where the information came from that he posted and if we start letting providers influence content of reviews without verification then there is a bigger problem...

And a question on the subject..... If advertising providers "No Review Policies" are not supported by the board then why would any information relative to the Provider that can be made available by a reviewer be edited?

I removed her pics right when she contacted me. I hit RTM but the #s on my review are still there

She finds out before it gets broadcast all over google in a link to an escort review and requests we replace the number with the correct, advertised number.....or "she will provide after screening"

You can bet your bottom dollar we will react quickly to a scenario like that and anyone who believes we should ignore that request and leave that info out there ought to have their head examined.

2. A hobbyist, fairly new to hobbying, writes a review of an independent girl and puts her EXACT physical address, apartment number and all, right there in the Location field of the review. Honest mistake..he doesn't know better. Somebody sees it, alerts us to the potential security risk of leaving that in public view.

This is another scenario that we'd be quick to react and replace the specific location info with something a little more vague and reasonable.

That's two i can think of right off the top of my head...im sure there are others. Rest assured, I'm the last damn person around here that would condone editing content from a post or review.....BUT, with that said, everyone should recognize that there are a small handful of specific reasons an edit makes sense..and those typically revolve around folk's safety, security, and privacy. It ain't censorship, thus no need to try and connect the two.

Good question, sir...thanks.
