Only if the provider gives ou her name and information.

Newbies fall for it all the time!

It unfortunate but they do. I provide zero information that is personal in nature.

There is no reason to screen. Plenty of ways to avoid it.

I just tell providers my real name is Rick Perry and that I worked for the Texas Gov't.
