Here's the part that had me wondering:
For one, most people don't commit. 2/3s of the guys who contact you will just play email tag asking questions before disappearing. Only 1/3 will actually have the courage to go through and call. Out of those, half are just perverts who just want to hear you talk about sex before hanging up. And even when you get someone to commit to a meeting, sometimes they'll end up flaking.
Any truth to that? I admit being a flake a few times in the beginning, but I'm pretty good at following through, now.

One thing to consider, though, is that we don't know how many of those perceived flake-outs (from her point of view) might be "shopping around", and actually booked with some other provider and not her. I'd be very interested in the experiences of any ladies who wish to share it.
Whatever it is, I would tend to be on the cautious side and would probably pass for tried and tested.

If this girl is advertising via BP or the local alternative newsweekly's classified ads, and not present on an established hobby board, a fair number of her callers who flake out may be sincere hobbyists who are feeling her out because she isn't "tried and tested", and then opting not to take a risk on her.
As far as whether this gal is legit, I haven't the foggiest. My intuition is pretty damn lousy. I don't read people well.
