As far as I know none have been developed. I do not know why.

For those of you who are into programming there are a number of books available on the subject of creating apps for the iPhone or the Android devices. The operating systems in both devices are Linux based.

Also, if you develop the app...don't you get a residual for each download? If so...cha-ching!!

If it makes you feel better OP, you can always add it as an icon on your home screen called ECCIE that will open up the site in safari on launch.

I thought about designing an app for it last year but then thought about the hassle of having to get permission from the site and having to pay them a percentage etc etc etc. The safari shortcut works fine for me.
Even if there is an app, it would never pass Apple's rules on apps. Since its a "sex" app it wouldn't get the green light.

Taptalk... you can enable this form to use it. However doing so will make it listed.

The easiest way would be for the St. C to make it Forum Runner compliant http://www.forumrunner.net/. It's an app that loads forums and formats them for easier reading. There's no 'app' sitting on your device to give away anything to the so, just an ambiguous icon. You can have numerous boards loaded up as cover. No need to worry the so might hit the Eccie app instead of Angry Birds

There IS a way though. Create a website which conforms to the iOS mobile specs, won't be perfect, but would offer the mobile experience.

Apple would have to vet and app like that and also would want all information about the users. I say bad idea even though it does have its appeal.

Apple wouldn't let it fly.
