When you screen a client, is it rude to ask for a picture?

It's not rude but most guys probably won't be comfortable with that.
My opinion depending on the type of client.. only a "macho" or a "i hve the dick so i make the rules" persay yes get offended.. but the coonsertive. ❤

Its not rude. It is dangerous. I would never send a pic to someone I have never met. Or any other personally identifiable information. That is why we use screening services and provider references.

I never ask for a picture and typically when a gentleman offers one I tell them there is no need to send a picture, but I do ask for physical description most gentleman don't have an issues with this.
