Calendar Showing Her Availability; Yay or Nay?

This is mostly to the gents, but ladies, if you have positive experiences with this, chime in too.

Gents, do you prefer a calendar, say, on her website, that shows when she is busy or not? Do you find this useful/helpful or wouldn't even bother looking in the first place?

Ladies, have you used this and has it helped you run your 'ish any more smoothly if so?

It would be helpful if it were accurate and kept up. I hardly have free time, so it would be a good tool for me to know before calling or PMing.

Yes. But probably want to restrict who can see it.

I have seen a traveling lady out of Dallas who uses one on her website so you can see what town she's heading to ahead of time. It's useful to know when she's coming to Houston. I doubt I would use one for a local. If I'm screened I'll just text her.

Not necessary. If no response is given in a reasonable amount of time I just wish the lady well and move on.
Sounds like a good idea to me I've thought about it myself ..like you said since I've been back in the galleria I've been busier than before so it would be nice to let gents know when my availability is

I usually plan far enough in advance that it wouldn't benefit me.
It could be very useful for the spur of the moment guy.

Also, just bc I am unavailable doesn't necessarily mean I am in session. For example, I am taking this weekend off work to do fun things so it would hypothetically say "unavailable all weekend".

Also, for when I travel or go on vacation, of course. I get sick of changing my vm message and vacation response on the email constantly.

I like the google calendars.
I have my gmail calendar app on my phone, to quickly update (although I still forget at times! LOL)- it has a nifty flash frame coding to insert it into most webbuilders/basic html-
so it's on my webpage.
I find it easier because I also block out days (example: when I have unavoidable parenting stuff, family gatherings, Dr/Dentist appts.)
I simply mark the times UNAVAILABLE .
(I also like to make sure when my regulars come to see me, I block off plenty of prep time, usually 90 minutes minimum- and about an hour after.)

I'm not sure that my regulars ever do check it, but I've had plenty of booking guys say they did- then again, I have it right over my Appt Form!

Best of luck whichever way you choose!
