Im looking at the city roads from the city cams, and its pretty nasty out there!

15 car pileup somewhere on 10 icky

Those of you that went out tonight how did it feel out there?

I just went out to my balcony and wow it's ugly out! Lot of accidents out on 281 due to all the ice.

not fun out there. 410 closed.

Expect the freeways and overpasses to be inaccessible for most if not all of tomorrow. I would not be surprised if there also was enough snow to accumulate on the ground. We shall see.

I am home and hunkering down. Electric blankets are nice.

what is normally a 20 minute drive home took me 2 hours last night. thank god I have all wheel drive.

It took me the same amount of time to get from one place to another last night, just because people from South Texas are not used to driving in the conditions doesnt mean everyone has to drive 45. Also just because you have 4 wheel drive doesnt make you any safer, once you hit ice and start skidding you are as much of a bowling ball on wheels than that Miata, but with about a thousand more pounds.
