Seeking isolated house or trailer in rural area

I am seeking a place out in the country within an hour of austin. Under 850 a month. Preferably near a body of water. Must have ac, fridge, stove, heat. No vermin. Nearest neighbor must be a decent distance away.

No felonies. No pets. Someday I would like some cats though.
