title?

How do you change your 'title' that shows up under your name in posts?

1. Click on User CP on the left.
2. Click on Edit Your Details on the left.
3. Go to the Custom User Title section and enter what you want to appear in the Custom User Title text box.
4. Click on the Save Changes button at the bottom.

I tried this, but I don't see a custom user title section. Am I just missing something?
