Lady wanting to join

She's trying to login but it's saying her email address already exists. She can't figure out how to retrieve or reset her password.

Can anyone help?

I'm automatically logged in when I click the site so I don't see that. She's on p411 but new. Meeting her next month. Communicating via text. She's telling me it won't let her change or retrieve her password is all I know.
I sent her Rani's website & told her to contact her 4 help. I'll post a review in June. I think she'll be liked by many :-)
