Has anyone ever made an appointment with a BPer only to find out she is a local VP?

No not to me but I wouldn't be surprised if it hasn't happened.

It happens all of the time.

If you guys see a VP's review that has been assigned to a BP provider, please RTM said review. We'll reassign it to the correct provider.
