Moderators & Reviews

I recently wrote a review it was accepted & I could see it listed on my review list however it was not placed in the provider's showcase review list.(note: this was a review special session) When I wrote the moderator who approved the review to inquire about why said review was not showing up in the providers showcase the 1st answer was " that's for the mod's to do, I'll get right on it", after a coupla days it still was not showing & I inquired again & was then told that "it is the ladies' responsibility to place reviews in their showcase". I'm not placing blame or accusations, just looking for clarity on this point as I took advantage of this particular providers review special. A response would be greatly appreciated.

Two different things going on here.

Staff assigns reviews to the Providers Profile. That is the review list that shows up on her profile page, under the reviews tab. http://www.eccie.net/member.php?u=31...=eccie_reviews for instance. That same list automatically carries over to the showcase and is listed at the bottom of it. http://www.eccie.net/providers.php?do=view&id=316317 in this case.

The lady herself can also add the review link to her showcase links, thats the part within the Reviews box, right below the Services and Availability box. She can add, or not add, her reviews from Eccie or other sites there, but she does that herself.

She has no choice about reviews which we assign to her Profile
The review you wrote for Annabelle_Rose was assigned to the wrong provider. It seems whoever assigned it used the name in your title - Annabelle and not the full name of the provider Annabelle_Rose.

I have attached the review to the correct provider.

This is a common mistake made by Hobbiests and Moderators and even Administrators.

A Hobbiets will write a review and not put the full correct name or spelling of a provider. Many times there are providers with similar spelled names or combinations of the handles. They do get assigned incorrectly at times. This is why the reviews are not automatically assigned to provider. many variables in the author, provider, moderator. This is why it's important to put all the correct information in a review. Even a title. Many times we have to reject a review for incomplete information.

This has happened with me as well and it is possible I did it with yours. If I use my Ipad to assign reviews to providers, the Ipad will autofill a provider name into the field and if I'm not careful I will miss if it's a different provider as in this case the Ipad autofill may have plugged in Annabelle and stopped without the _Rose portion and assigned it. This wont be the first time and I doubt the last time.

She has her review on her profile. You can sleep easy at night now. However, she must place it on her showcase.
