Turn on Messaging?

I can not figure out how to turn in messaging. Can someone help me please?

Go to USER CP in the Main Menu upper left column - click on USER CP and then scroll down to

EDIT OPTIONS and scroll down to the Messaging & Notification and

check the box of

PRIVATE MESSAGING to enable other members to send you PMs.
