~Considering a visit to Killeen...a few questions~

Simply Alisha's Avatar
I've been meaning to visit Killeen for awhile now. And am finally able to get it into my schedule. With that, I have some questions.

I know absolutely nothing about the area. I have been there once for an extended appt, but that's it. Is the city broken down in areas, like here in Austin? ....or is it just "Killeen"?

I need an idea of the best area to stay...even hotel suggestions.

I could do this as quick as the beginning of next week, if I can get the location figured out.

Any help is appreciated!

I don't think you can go wrong with major chain hotels along US HWY 190....I think those are gonna be your best bet

Alisha; it depends on how much you are wanting to spend on the incall..We have several Marriot and fairfield suites and a Holiday Inn on Florence rd and the 4 star Shilo on W.S. Young dr and Elms; which btw is first class and out of the way; and the ones on Florence rd are very nice and discreet. I personally dont like the chain hotels on bus 190 because everyone in this town can see your vehicle either going in/out of the parking lots as well as in them. This is a small town and locals do talk...... Stay away from Ft Hood rd/195 and Bus 190. Hope this helps you.

Sterling1 sounds like he knows Killeen. Those are hot spots and areas to stay away from.

It all makes sense now. It can be so difficult to figure it out when you are totally in the dark about the area.
