LE As Hobbyists

Just curious how common it is for LE to visit a provider? Is it really rare or more common that we might think?

I think it might be more common than we think it is. They have needs and wants just like the rest of us. Now I am sure they probably have to worry more about discretion because the ramifications could be more severe if caught. It would not surprise me if there were lurkers or even register members on here that are LE but not "on the job" sort to speak. That is just my opinion of course and I could be totally wrong.

Mya: I suspect it's more common than we might think, too. I had a provider tell me once she had lawyers, judges and some LE as regular clients. Wasn't sure whether that was just pillow talk. Just curious.

yes, le are no different than anybody else. yes, they do visit providers. current le and retired le. i would also like to mention they are extremely nice and respectful, especially the retired ones, the exception to this is if they visit a provider while on the job, they they are rude, crude, and do things totally unexceptable.

The girl asked what we all did and one big mouth said that all six of us were cops and handed me his badge under the table. He bet that she would have to disrobe if we were all cops. She said she knew I wasn't LE; you should have seen her face when I pulled out the other guys badge. She quit undressing when I told her it was a joke, but the five officers were disappointed because they wanted her to go through with it.

Not my style to lie to someone to get a peek, or more. When working around them, I learned, you can't trust a cop for anything.

Most LE is open to the idea and allows this to happen untill there is a complaint or a problem (usualy drug related). Most of them are decent guys and gals, but there a definitly a few who make it mission to ruin ours. I have been around LE for over 10 years now and cant speak for anyone except myself, but I would say around 15 to 20% of officers have seen or will see a provider at some point. You provide a wounderful service and we know that. It is so much more than what most people believe. So to all of you honest, clean, and carring individuals...Thank You.
