re starting a disabled account

Is there any chance on getting my old username and account re started again? I asked for it ot be disabeled and it was, but I'm now back. Even though my current username is very similiar to my old one, there are some reviews and comments on threads that I posted. Also I had a great contact list as well. Thank you for any help you can provide me.
