Problem with the chat app...

Is there something up with the chat app that won't let people change fonts now? I seem to be stuck in the Papyrus font and it's really hard to read for some people. I have the drop down to change fonts, but it doesn't list any fonts in it. I have tried from multiple browsers and all are behaving the same...

any ideas?
