Planning A First Ever Beaumont Trip!! Need Help and Advice On Where To Stay..Excited To Be Visiting

Wanting to come to Beaumont this weekend and next week.
My first time ever visiting so have no clue where to stay or anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am also taking pre bookings now.
