Newbie Friendly?

Everytime I contact one of the beautiful ladies in our area they all ask if I can provide a reference, which I totally understand,is there any ladies that you can recommend that are newbie friendly?

There are many. What type of woman/experience are you looking for? If you provide a little more info, I think your inbox will start filling up with some interesting possibilities.

Just because they're newbie friendly doesn't mean they won't still require references and/or screening.
