Can't Miss Restaurant Suggestions...

I have plans to be in STL next month and did my due diligence and decided on the airport area for my maiden visit (LOL). What I can't seem to find are nearby restaurants (I'll be without a car and ubering for dinner one evening) that are like super duper good. It doesn't need to be fancy and I'm not a fan of Asian, Indian or Mexican food and since I'll be in STL, BBQ would be fun (maybe?).

Any suggestions would be much appreciated! I usually have better luck searching on my own but this one is proving tricky.

For a local chain, Bandana's is pretty good and right across the highway from the airport.

If it is still in business it's probably not convenient to the airport though.

Well FWIW Charlotte's Rib is still in business but not convenient to the airport. http://www.charlottesribbbq.com/ Arguably the best BBQ is St. Louis is Pappy's. http://www.pappyssmokehouse.com/map/ Still not convenient to the airport. However just 10 minutes from the airport is Sugarfire Smokehouse. http://www.sugarfiresmokehouse.com/ Absolutely excellent BBQ. You also have Downtown St. Charles (10 minutes from the airport) which has many different restaurants and bars so quite a variety. 20 minutes from the airport you have the central west end which is also loaded up with bars and restaurants. Feel free to PM if you have any specific requests. Hope you have a great trip.
Of these locations which is closest to the airport area? http://www.sugarfiresmokehouse.com

This place looks awesome, btw.

If you hate eating alone, I would be more than happy to take you to dinner while you're here.
