I'm in and out of HOU a fair bit for work, I always drive past that place and I never see any cars there. They've got one of the "OPEN" lights in the window, but I've never seen more then 1 car there.
It looks super skeevy too! I wouldn't go in there!

If that looks too "skeevy" for you then you better stick to the main streets of town during the day time only....and whatever you do don't go down telephone road.
