Best Area in Jacksonville??? Help, Please.

So I am visiting Jacksonville and wanted to know the best area to stay in. I asked a few locals and got very different responses. I need more data! LOL

Considering your branding, I believe Southside, Beaches, and Ponte Vedra would be your best general locations. Downtown should also be considered.
