Review (not) under moderation

I never got the usual and customary "Review under moderation" tag after posting this one:

And, consequently, no credit for PA.
Can someone look into it and advise?

Von S took out the inadvertent dupe-post for me, but still no review-for-credit from what I can tell...

Let me resubmit for PA. It's rare this glitch happens but there are 2 more that this has happened to this past week. I will resubmit for your PA credit.

When a review is submitted it goes to a que for us to approve or reject. When this glitch happens, we have no idea you have one for review. It's not until the reviewer notices the missing "review pending" or "review approved" block above the review that he notifies us.
